CP NVST is proud to support the LXB Street Cup, an event fuelled by the passion of its organizers and a highlight for Luxembourg and the local youth.

"LXB Street" will take over the emblematic Place de l'Europe from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 July 2022.

For the 2022 edition, the organiser of the traditional "LXB CUP", a reference event that has attracted the world's elite of professional skateboarders in the past, will honour the discipline of street-skateboarding by combining the existing street furniture of the Place de l'Europe with modules specially designed for the occasion, thus creating a unique skateboarding spot worthy of welcoming the most renowned riders.

By creating this temporary street park, the organiser is fully tapping into the enormous potential of this square, which is not unknown to the talents of the Greater Region and beyond. Indeed, the Place de l'Europe, developed by the Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill, enjoys great popularity among local and international skateboarders, many of whom come to Kirchberg to skate in this unique setting.

This year, the organisers of the LXB Street have spared no effort to bring the cream of the crop of skateboarders to Luxembourg: Argentina's Matias Dell Olio, known for his fast moves, Switzerland's Simon Stricker, winner of the 2018 edition of the LXB CUP, Austria's Chris Pfanner, mastering his tricks with a lot of authority, or France's Aurelien Giraud, first in the qualifiers for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2021, all of them can be admired by spectators during the official competition.

On two different courses, the riders can demonstrate their talents over two days and convince the jury that they deserve to win the coveted sum of €20,000.
